Cutting-edge engineering solutions for the railway sector.
Proprietary systems designed to generate continuous data streams (24/7), ensuring advanced predictive diagnostics, active safety, and strict compliance with international and network-specific regulatory standards.
MTR 2.0
Rail temperature monitoring for structural safety.
The Rail Temperature Monitoring system (MTR 2.0) represents the gold standard for the automatic detection of rail temperatures. Utilizing anodized aluminum probes equipped with three 1-Wire sensors, it ensures precise, centralized monitoring via the IS01 (IS737) protocol. The platform enhances operator safety by enabling remote configuration through a dedicated Wi-Fi APN, drastically reducing the need for personnel to work in close proximity to the tracks.
- Advanced Predictive Diagnostics: Integration of proprietary, AI-driven thermal models to anticipate when critical safety thresholds will be exceeded.
- Multi-channel Transmission: Native support for LAN, GSM/GSM-R modems, the MQTT protocol for IoT environments, and fiber-optic connections.
RCE
Chronological Event Recorder for signaling systems.
The Chronological Event Recorder (CER) is designed for the acquisition, synchronization, and secure storage of every state change originating from railway signaling systems. Through ultra-high-precision time-stamping, the system faithfully reconstructs the dynamic sequence of facility activities, drastically reducing troubleshooting time and supporting both audits and maintenance.
- Granular Monitoring: Instantly capture both rapid, millisecond-scale impulsive events and long-duration state transitions in relays, track circuits, and switches.
- Structural Flexibility: Scalable and modular configuration designed to adapt perfectly to any size or level of complexity of an existing infrastructure.
Diagnostic probes
Non-intrusive analysis of railway switches and level crossings
Future’s Tech BSN’s diagnostic probes provide a completely non-intrusive interface for conditioning electrical signals from railway switches and level crossing barriers. The system captures both DC and AC voltages and currents, generating operational curves and utilizing machine learning algorithms to assess the system’s acceptability status in real time.
- Intelligent Predictive Maintenance: Early detection of anomalies and structural micro-degradation through constant comparison with nominal curve profiles.
- Industrial Reliability: Full compliance with the EN 50124-1 standard, tropicalized electronic boards, and integrated self-diagnostic functions.
Gallery supervisor
SCADA system for electrical supervision in a tunnel.
Developed in compliance with the RFI DTCSTE SF EN LF 616 1 A specification and operationally tested in the Monte Tratturale tunnel in collaboration with Ferrovie del Gargano, the Tunnel Supervisor acts as a central command and control hub. The system oversees the entire electrical network and ensures superior safety standards.
- Automatic Reconfiguration: Ability to independently reconfigure the 1 kV backbone to promptly restore power in the event of a fault.
- Remote System Management: Complete control over LED emergency lighting, emergency exit push-buttons, transformers, switches, and protection devices, without requiring physical access inside the tunnel.
